Jin Maley (MFA, RYT-500) offers yoga classes that build our capacity for presence, resilience, and compassion. Jin (they/them) guides practitioners through Vinyasa practices that range from gentle to vigorous, always with an eye towards cultivating inner stillness through asana. A former professional performing artist and arts educator, Jin creates a spacious, supportive container in which each practitioner can explore their authentic practice. They draw inspiration from their training in Power Vinyasa and therapeutic Vinyasa in the T.K.V. Desikachar tradition. A member of the recovery community, Jin facilitates yoga sessions in mental health and substance abuse treatment centers. Jin has certifications in Power Vinyasa, Therapeutic Vinyasa, the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method, and the Yoga of 12-Step Recovery.
